Meet Your Candidate
Isabela Dela Cruz is a resident of Harford County who works as a commission artist, art tutor, and secular spiritual director, helping people with personal growth and guidance. She also volunteers to organize and judge tournaments for card games and esports.
She is running for County Council as a regular resident who wants to be part of the solution. Like many in her generation, she has seen people grow frustrated with politics. However, instead of staying on the sidelines, she chose to step up.
Isabela believes residents deserve leaders who listen, follow through, and put the community first. With ongoing growth and development, she believes it’s important to protect protect what makes our communities special, including our rural areas, while making sure infrastructure and services keep up.

Our roads, sidewalks, and transit systems should work efficiently for residents and local businesses. Incorporating planning for roads and schools when building is paramount to true growth.
